array item naming & select option control

Heya, got 2 mini questions i could not find descriptive documentation on (or missed).

1. How do you provide a custom name for an array item in the admin panel similar to how a collection item can have a useAsTitle with a relation to a specifc field (only affecting the admin panel display)?
2. is there some already built in control that limits the use of a select field in an array? For example if there is a select field containing options a, b, c. If option c is used in one of the array items, then it doesnt appear as selectible in the other array items.

Both questions are kind of related to one another and would make navigating the items in an array a bit easier (instead of opening and closing each array to find the one they are looking for)
