paste field overwrites all fields

Not sure if this is intended functionality or a regression - but when using the "Paste Field" function in the Blocks ellipses menu, it removes all blocks and replaces with what's in the clipboard, rather then appending the pasted block. Running v3.79.0

Hey @rough vine can you give me an example of what type of block you copy + pasted?

two things:

1. we had zero docs on how this is intended to work (so I just pulled a PR for that, so thank you for pointning this out)
2. I am guessing here—but that doesn't feel like what anyone would want

For now - we've told them to just add a random block and paste row over the top of that new block
