Localization: Dashboard Collection breaks when copying Block field to another locale

On further inspection the the reason for the Block field without their values and nested blocks, is because i set localized to true for that field. If i put localized to true in the inner fields the Block flied will be loaded with the values. In this case the copy and paste does not create a break. I not 100% sure if the copy and paste of the field was the cause of the bug in the first scenario. I will look into it. I will close this and open a new thread if I can be more sure.
