How to use an ai API to translate only the text in a richText field with custom blocks?

Our richText field includes custom blocks like media, banner, or youtube, and we’re working with localized fields (e.g., en, fa, ar).
What we want:
When writing a blog post in one language (say English), we’d like to automatically translate only the text nodes of the richText field to other locales using the OpenAI GPT API — without touching the non-text blocks like media or banners.
