Restricting User Data Access in Payload

Hello,

I’m new to Payload and was wondering if anyone could share an example of how to implement access control so that users can only access their own data. For instance, if a user has shopping cart items, other users shouldn’t be able to view or modify them.

Does Payload provide a built-in way to achieve this? If so, are there any best practices or efficient methods to implement it? I’d love to learn how to use Payload effectively.
