Upper file limit for uploads in beta version

Hello, in beta version is there any way i can set an upper file limit for uploads, in media collections?
Maybe something like the following, as specified here:

  upload: {
    limits: {
      fileSize: 5000000,
    }
  },

Because i keep getting that limits does not exist in type UploadConfig
