MongoDB Migration Fails Consistently Due to Transient Errors

I have used the predefined migration for mongodb relasionships successfully for multiple projects. But on one project it fails. Any idea?
It shows transient erros, but it fails at the same place if trying again multiple times.

Working fine on a copy of the database. But not database hosted in atlas.
Hitting some limitation?

On another self hosted mongodb the conversion of that versioned collection takes 1 minute to perform.
Around 2600 products.
Around 43000 product versions.
