Sorry i dont understand your point. The developer in question applied to help build the POC and then is asking other developers to build it for him.

I cant be the buyer and the seller. Its a simple case of i will pay what it takes to get the exact requirements fulfilled. Im unaware of time it would take and the complexity of what im asking. I have been quoted anything from $200 where i have little confidence to $15,000 which is too high for a POC with no full build/front end
