Dynamic UI Based on Select Field Type

Last question for today: I have a collection that could store different types of information, e.g. a "link", "pdf", etc. Based on the type (which is a select field), the admin edit UI should change (i.e. provide the text field for an URL or the Upload for the PDF case". Is this possible?
