isSortable not working as expected [3.0.0-beta.21]

I'm trying to use isSortable with a hasMany relationship. Can't seem to sort in admin / no drag functionality as I'm expecting.

Is there something I should be doing differently in the beta? Or is this a bug?

Not yet, ended up making my own component with Framer Motion rekorder. Hoping to make that a custom component in payload better fields soon
