Solving ZlibError in Payload App Creation

hey guys, when creating a payload app, I am having a ZlibError. Does anyone know why is that happening and how to solve it??

Hmm this seems odd, shouldn't be getting that on lts

Can you try to re-install the repository?

It works when I try to install the blank payload template, but the error occurs on the other templates.
I want to know what the error is all about, what it means, and why it is happening
