Bugs regarding login and admin panel

No matter what i have tried. Clean npx create payload-app, new database, clear cookies, new browser - it all has the same bug...

On FireFox i just keep getting redirected to login after a successful login response.

On Chrome and Edge i keep getting a refresh-token in the network tab every second, making it impossible to do anything in the panel.
