I agree it is annoying when any racer fills the map with stuff (Mike and Elizabeth is usually who I get trapped in a lobby of 5+, both just as bad). The only thing is her furniture is literally her only comeback mechanic. She probably takes stuns the hardest in the game, if not the most then she's at least just up there. I think the issue that's bigger than if Belle is OP is that, in trying to combat people only playing Monster's Inc characters, they really only widened the pool of level 30+ 3 star+ characters a little bit. Once there are more people who get there with Mickey and Friends, Hercules, and Figment (and honestly really the entire roster, because despite what this Discord makes it look like, I don't think that many people bought more than 1 Founder's Pack), I think it'll be shaken up a little bit.

Editing because I can't make a new post for an hour: The issue really is not Belle. It's just people chose Belle and now that's the highest thing they have. If they do anything to Belle and people level up other stuff, she'll be the worst in the game. All we can do is be patient and hope we get some events to level Mickey 's crew etc.

Fwiw you can jump over the nightstand in her furniture set. If you get used to doing that, its basically not a hindrance at all. I do agree it can be kind of a mess with too many Belles. But that's really just a consequence of her being one of the only level 30 racers people are using right now. People would be complaining about Baloo's rotten fruit if he were a popular pick as well.

I knew someone would come asking for nerfs as soon as other people catch up wit their own characters to 30+ and ask for their nerfs and I am sure the more people unlock crews and stars for their mains they will ask for nerfs for them as well. You can jump over the furniture. like the comment above states. And she is just as good as the other characters out there. I find mowgli to be much better with his ult is way harder to dodge than belle's furtniture

I have stopped using furniture as a belle main because people jump over furniture to easily, it is useless against defenders since they just bump someone and get shield and run through it. Lower mpr like below 16 it worked phenomenally, but after that is is very lack luster and I’d make sure to place on straights that were narrow and took up entire track.
All you gotta do to combat belle is hit her, even getting hit from another speedster will spin us and any one else we get stunned.
The bigger problem is not many people hit people and that is the problem not with belle, if everyone started hitting belle would drop in usefulness (still good though)

You keep saying people are "abusing" it, but they're literally just using their Ult like any character would. And I don't even play Belle (in coop), so the accusation that anyone who disagrees with you just wants to "abuse" in-game mechanics is absurd. Mike and Belle are not even in the same league when it comes to balance. Mike's ult doesn't have a drawback. Belle's does. She either uses her furniture, which is easily counterable (and she doesn't benefit from it in this case), or her charged ult where it benefits her but ALSO can benefit everyone else. It's the exact same as Baloo, which is why I used him as an example. Your complaint seems to center around there being "too many" Belles in a match, which you already know is just a consequence of there being a very limited number of characters people have access to at 30. Consider no one complained about Belle last week... You're seeing with her now what you would see with many characters. If it was Mowgli, this very thread would be asking to nerf wolves. It's a poor system, but its not the characters' kits that are the problem. Its the progression system.
