Before the Playtest is going to start, i would recommend some prepared Channles for Bugs and Glitches aswell Probs and Cons from players experiences.
Maybe if its possible to create some active Chats for instant Uploads for Support especially in the category for Multiplayer services.
(doesnt sound like much but this kinda support doesnt have anybody and could give the com and experience in Ardem a lot of feedback for the playtest and maybe for the EA aswell)

There is a report system in the game of what I know.

i mean like a channle for all the playtester which make it easier to track down some bugs and mistakes and keep it up to date
i mean its good to report via ticket but whats gonna happen if 1000 of ppl edit the same ticket for the same bug ?
would be better if there is a channle or feed where it is visible for the playerbase which bugs are up to date or which are already been fixed

True but it is going to be very Messi if like all playertester upload the same bug plenty of times
I mean it could be annoying as hell if every new one asking the Same question day after day

Maintaining a thread with all the bugs already reported is also a huge task... And unfortunately, when someone encounter a bug in-game, they won't have the reflex to first check the bug list here 😕
