In one of Techtives shorts, he says suppressors will have a negative impact on bullet velocity.
But in reality, suppressors generally increase muzzle velocity from any where from +10 to +60 FPS.
Suppressors do require more cleaning more often as well as making it heavier effecting ADS.
If a negative impact is needed for suppressors, this is it.

Only thing to add is if you want to add the realism imo weapon systems running suppresors should also need more frequent cleaning

also that a supressor totally silenced your gun, so lets say if i shoot a zombie without one i can alert enemies far away as 200meters but with one over 50meters noone hears anything
