Hi, Just posting to ask for some advice for a guildie for raiding. They struggle to out damage the tanks most fights and are confused on how to improve their output. They panic alot and none of us really know enough about evoker to help them.

The Evoker is Danttey, as you can see on most of the logs they are struggling.
Advice would be greatly appreciated as they are getting a bit demotivated
