Can anyone see on my logs (Vexie) what im doing wrong? Compared to the other 2 evokers im doing very bad and i dont know what im doing wrong.

I see several issues:
stuff, u got too much masteries and not enough crit.
Your opener isn’t good. You need to delay eternity surge after double engulf. Here your second engulf is used when Fire breath is not on target.
You need to use jackpot buff on fire breath not eternity surge. (Like you did at 26sec the shattering star must be used after ES)
It’s hard to check because of 4p proc but I think you sometimes use engulf without shattering star on target.
Focus on those 2 things:

Use FB with 2 stacks of jackpot (so try not to consume them with ES)

Use engulf only if target got the 4 debuff (FB, shattering star, living flame, enkindle). You need to track them.
