Trying out Dev for the first time. Help?

Just did an 11 AK as Dev. I was consistently doing half a mil or more less damage than the fury warrior and the enchancement shaman despite having 4-9 ilvls on both. I looked up some guides and watched some vids but I have no idea what I did incorrectly? Like in 2-3 target I was keeping up or ahead of them, but once it got to either ST or AoE 5+ I was sucking.

I died a couple times from being a dumbass but I still don't think that has much bearing on my dps in the moment, not overall.

It's a little hard to get things examined properly in a key, but I'm going to give you some pointers and see if they resonate with you.

I think you're using Pyre too much and you're probably not spreading bombardments properly. Or at all.

Your deep breath damage is a little low and so is your bombardments damage, which makes me think you're not extracting the most out of the mechanic, both on the damage end and on the CDR end.

As for pyre, you want to weave them between your mass disints to make the most out of charged blast. You should only full send unbuffed pyres on 4+ targets, but even then you want to have your mass disints out.
