plugging the sikran log into wowanalyzer a couple things jump out https://wowanalyzer.com/report/BD2ZMGQV1RJgkqx8/46-Mythic+Sikran,+Captain+of+the+Sureki+-+Kill+(4:42)/Dildodargons/standard — he could milk out a couple more casts of eternity surge and fire breath but he’s just not casting deep breath very much? it is a rotational ability for scalecommander and you press it on cooldown as soon as it comes up. He is also occasionally pressing pyre on the sikran log which is full single target and should not be happening, and there’s a chunk where he went full downtime for 10 seconds (maybe doing a mechanic?) where he could be taking time to press verdant embrace or emerald blossom for healing
im gonna guess most of this loss is the deep breath thing though so start there and come back if you have more questions, or just send him straight to us
he also should probably be talented into Leaping Flames in the class tree this helps fuel Scarlet Adaptation healing -> damage cycle it triggers passively whenever you tip fire breath and is worth a small amount of passive free hps and damage. Innate Magic is worth very little damage and is usually the first point you drop
