Working on Mythic Ulgrax. I feel like I am doing my opener correct, but when I compare myself to other logs, some guys are pulling 1.7mm on pull with lust. I don't get anywhere near that. I do not have a perfect rotation by any means, but I don't feel that I should be so far off. I feel like I am doing something very wrong, I just cannot see what that is. I am in class and really dont have time to dig further in (sorry!) but maybe that helps you out somewhat in comparing your opener to his.

Thanks. Kinda help, I understand when to use the CD's. I think my biggest issue is the clipping/chaining and I cant seem to understand how to read it in logs, maybe you cant?
Comparing our openers, he has 1.7mm dps, I have 1.4mm dps. His disin is 766k mine is 627k. I dont understand how or why there is such a descrpency between outr two spells. We have the same # of casts and hits, but his did 6mm more dmg than mine. This comparison is pretty much how all of my sims are on my opener. Which leads me to believe I am doing something wrong, I just cannot figure out what.

Here is another example within the bloodlust on pull. Icyy has 1.96mm dps on pull, and I have 1.2mm. Their Disin is averaging 1mm more dmg than mine.

Yeah, it looks like you're clipping your empowered disintegrates. I'm not certain if there's a better way to tell, but I'm just eyeballing the Casts + Timeline view between you and Icyy.

Wowhead's devastation rotation guide has a section towards the bottom on chaining disintegrate. Preheat also has a weakaura + video guide to help track chaining vs clipping if you're looking for more info.
