I am very much unhappy with my performance in Heroic and I need help to figure out where my missing 25-30% HPS is going. Want to move into Mythic but I need to figure out what I am doing wrong.

Let's see how badly discord screws up the formatting, and then I'll go catch a raid and continue in ~4 hours
First things first, you're 5 healing 26 people heroics, that is an insane amount of healing for the damage income. This will affect all your output as there's only so much healing to heal. This is not really your issue, but I'll put it here anyway.
Issues
- You're not pressing your buttons.
- You have sub 30 CPM (should be around 35-40)
- You have a lot of gaps where you just cast nothing on some bosses for multiple seconds at a time. If you have nothing else to do at least cast a Living Flame at the boss, it can proc Essence Burst, does some damage AND gives you a stack of Temporal Compression (as Chrono), this is fairly important and will refer back to it a few times.
- You're not using Echo basically at all.
- With the Echo build you should be spending all your Essence and Essence Bursts on applying Echo to the group players, what this effectively means is pressing Echo around 12-18 times a minute, you barely broke 10 on HC Sikran.
- What this in turn means is that all of your healing does less than what it should, because it's not being Echoed as much as it could.
- To put it into actual numbers, you wasted 15 Essence on Sikran, 43 on Rasha'nan, 44 on Broodtwister, and the way this is counted is that you're literally capped on Essence and just let enough time pass to "regen" that much Essence, overflowing the regen into the void.
- To make matters worse, there are quite a few times when you've consumed the Echoes you did set up with Living Flame. This should be your last choice basically, it's always more valuable to consume them with empowers.
- And you're just overcapping Essence Bursts, losing the procs that happen while at 2 stacks.
- With the Echo build you should be spending all your Essence and Essence Bursts on applying Echo to the group players, what this effectively means is pressing Echo around 12-18 times a minute, you barely broke 10 on HC Sikran.
- You're not using your big cooldowns.
- This might just be that you don't have a healing note or don't feel the need to because of the damage income, but Rewind, EC, Stasis, Zephyr, TD, Rescue with Twin Guardian, Scales/RB were all left basically unused.
- You have sub 30 CPM (should be around 35-40)
- Also as a sidenote, with Echo builds if you're going to use EC you might as well usually sync it with raid damage and ramp Echoes on the group and then VE/Lifebind to make it a real raid cooldown, you basically didn't do this which wasted a ton of healing.
- Your empower usage was kind fine on paper, missing a few casts over the fights, but quite often you just sent them out basically "raw" without Echoes. Some Dream Breaths were missing VE/Call of Ysera buff but that's minor considering everything else.
- Also on Dream Breath, you should basically never empower it above the first level unless you absolutely need that healing in that format right now.- Also due to not really using Echo or Living Flame (Chrono Flames) that much, you're getting really little Temporal Compression stacks, which means your empowers take longer to cast, you get less Spark of Insight procs, and if you had your 4pc you would be missing so much of your output.
