Looking for advice or tips

Hello everyone. I wanted to know if there was something glaring obvious I could fix in my logs.
I do raid lead for my group, and I have a habit of really watching others to make sure mechanics are done or they are doing the right things. That tends to break my rotation and/or cause me a loss in dps.

Just curious if anything sticks out? This is my last raids logs where I tried to focus more on dps and some of my better logs I've ever had hahaha.

Took a quick look at the st fight with the least mechanics

A few things stand out:

• our 4pc is great so when you get this your numbers will increase if you get the feedback loop in your hands
• on this fight you miss a dragon rage cast which means missed damage, this boss in particular has nothing to hold for so just blast
• you're missing casts and capping on essence which will affect things

Some of this can be excused with raid leading ofc, but it brings up a more meta question which is def outside if your request, "are yiu raid leading or raid baby sitting?"

Dropping some dps to give direction is cool, your note about making sure that people are doing things suggests you have an opportunity to push some of that onto your team
