So looking at the magmorax as its really just a simple damage pump/heal pump fight for starters
You never casted reversion! You gimped yourself out of your entire tier set bonus by doing this and missed out on a significant amount of healing! While it is a shorter fight you could have doubled your dream breath casts and missed out on applying CoY on one, you also could have increased your total spiritbloom casts by around 33%.
Additionally you had a whole nother dream flight you could have used during the fight as well.
Moving on to Echo of Nelth (not going to look at sark due to the early death),
You did better with your reversion casts than the previous fight, but you should be seeing at least double that uptime at a minimum, looking at around 60%+ ideally, you could have almost doubled your dream breath casts throughout the fight, you missed around 2 whole other dream flight casts in the fight as well and missed 2 entire emerald communion casts, meaning you never casted EC at all during that fight 
Now personally I don't use ouroboros as I rarely if ever cast emerald blossom and instead use spark of insight instead, you only casted blossom like 3 times during that fight so i'd suggest the same imo.
Final note is that you dont have any enchantments on any of your gear, your losing out on a sizable amount of throughput by not doing that
There may have been things I missed or never looked at (as I only looked at those 2 logs) but those were standout issues I noticed!
