If so, a major thing is that your Dragonrage windows arent getting the uptime they should. You should always be trying to get at least 2 extensions (2 from each empower) since its duration is increased by 4 seconds by the talent Animosity, giving you 34 seconds of duration. Its important you get the necessary uptime since our Dragonrage windows are where we do a chunk of our damage, since we get full mastery effect from Tyranny with it and much higher resource generation.
