Hey!
Sorry it took me so long to get to this one - as a general take, you're doing fine, especially as someone newer to the spec. To answer your specific question, generally you want to spend echos on rev where possible this patch, and you are generally doing that, especially looking at your earlier fights, with 80%+ consumption of echos by rev on those earlier fights with lower, less spiky damage.
For the broader notes, though, you do have quite a bit of room for improvement in a couple areas:
Cooldowns:
Your communions generally are under 10 people, and you can pretty much always guarantee 15+. Since it's a 3min CD alongside a 1.5min stasis, if you load TA as the last spell in your stasis, you can release stasis, cast TA, and then spam manual echos to guarantee 15+ on every usage, which is way better raid coverage.
Stasis is also a weak point - you want it to be (in like 99% of scenarios) some combination of TA, DB, and Spiritbloom. Order can be varied depending on fight needs and slightly for personal preference, but you have a lot of stases with random verdant embraces, echos, etc. that cost you a lot of healing.
Dream flight - you miss over half the raid quite often, even on stacked fights, though I didn't review to see whether that was an issue from your end or your guild's
General healing:
You do a decent job of not overcapping on essence bursts, which is always the first thing I look at, though your empowered spells could be cast way more frequently (and should be, unless you're explicitly pausing to ramp for something else. For example, looking at your tindral (and discounting the intermission flights), you still could have cast them all way more often. https://www.wowanalyzer.com/report/CapbBdfTwFmVt7z9/59-Mythic+Tindral+Sageswift,+Seer+of+the+Flame+-+Kill+(7:10)/Melriegosa/standard
