Could people check these logs and tell me what I could be doing better, I feel like there's a lot to improve but I can't really see what are obvious changes to make.

Its kinda hard to know in a pug, but it seems like you could imporove on you Presience/EM targets. For example in the first 30 sec you have Pres running on a ghoul...? (I just realised that you buffed the DK and that pres is then also displayed on the logs on the pet)

And if you look at your EM targets you've just buffed bad dps player.
