does anyone have tips for improvements?

Just looked at 2nd boss and the kill time of your guild is kinda high. Your em uptime is ok, could be higher. Your personal DMG could be improved, too, but could also just be because your kill time is that high. The biggest problem is, that your raid lacks some high priority classes like rogues and the DMG of your raid GRP in general is on the low end. Not having good targets for your em and prescience makes it very hard to get good logs. Just try to maximise your end of the play with higher em uptime and higher personal DMG, but not all your DMG is in your own hands.

Ok thx for the Feedback yes we have a kill Time Problems, and my targets Buff are not good so I have to pay more attention to it.

Didn't do a deep dive though. Hope you have at least 2 prescience active before each EM. Delaying your breath to 2 mins (didn't look if you have done it) to align with 2 min CDs of your prescience targets is worth a lot. You should aim to buff targets with 2 min CDs before your breath. I always have the urge to sent breath when it's ready, have to work on that too
