Honestly, he's just got to press his cds, both minor and major more often. In terms of his ability breakdown, he's mostly doing the right rotation (save for the EC ramp, he needs to put out more echoes before he uses it). If you're not struggling on heals or if your other healers aren't struggling for mana trying to cover him then it looks alright. He's doing a lot more dmg than your other healers too.

For broodkeeper, despite Lifebind being nerfed, if he can utilise that rotation it will still be pretty decent.
