#I'm doing things wrong help

Always good to admit that
I definitely see a glaring flaw that is certainly killing your DPS. This class can be pretty confusing and as much as I think the WoWhead guide has really great info, I think there is a bit of information overload that's resulted in a lot of people not understanding what our gameplay goals should be. I've written a little essay that looks like a lot, and admittedly is a lot, but is a step-by-step walkthrough of what to do and why we do. Highly recommend you read because I think it will allow you to self coach yourself in this situation.
Issue is your DR windows are inconsistent and suboptimal. Every Evoker 375+ should be hitting a 38s DR 99% of the time. The only times you shouldn't be getting a 38s DR is in situations like add phase for Rasz where there's travel time + downtime and other extenuating circumstances, but even then you should still strive for it (because it is achievable).
I'm specifically looking at your most recent Terros parse. (https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/9YcfDAdgbj8a4wMQ#fight=23&type=auras&source=5&ability=375087) You started with a 32s DR followed by a 20 second DR, and your last DR was cut short cus boss died. Those two should be 38s+ (opening one could be 44s+ if you get good enough with the rotation)
Only things I'd add is that you can do some non-EB casts of Disintegrate (or Pyre if AoE) to make sure you're not capped on essence, but if it means you won't hit a 38s DR, don't do it. Otherwise, once you secure a 38s DR or know you'll secure it, let your Disintegrates finish their full channel (unless you think you can push for a 44s+ DR. Just know if you miss the extension, it's a shitload of wasted DPS, so a fair amount of the time it's best to just settle for a 38s DR and maximize Disintegrate uptime)
