from first sight it seems ur not using ur fire breath properly, try and fully charge it at the start of the pack into a 5 target living flame.
Also u seem to have 8 less fire breath casts than eternity surges which is weird they are cast back to back 99% of the time and have same cooldown
remember to stack ur charged blast before moving to next pack when ur dragonrage is up, ur pyre didn't deal nearly enough damage as it should've and i suspect it's because of that.
It seems you need to better understand how devastation evoker's mastery works, focus on dealing as much burst as possible at the start of the pack, and when the pack is dying, focus on stacking ur charged blast or the multi living flame for the next pack so u have ur burst ready to go again.
if you keep using only 1 charge fire breath ur damage is gonna fall off because ur not using most of ur damage when the target has high HP. cast fully charge firebreath at the start of the packs, and only use 1 charge vs bosses or when ur under dragonsrage effect

Hey, thank you for your input. It really help to have somewhere to start fixing the issue. Yea you are right am not paying much attention to stacking charged blast. Also i am mostly using lvl 1 empower
But about
