Struggeling evoker in mythic raid

Hi guys, always trying to improve my gameplay - but feel like im subpar in dps compared to everyone else in my guild. Got the tip in #CompetetiveWoW to remove myself from the roster. Im trying my best to extend my dragonrage, feels like im doing it and compared to toploggers we have the same amount of dragonrages, FB and ES, but somehow my dps is waay lower. Here is some logs from our progress raid, would appreciate some help to improve even more.

I know i can improve on Shattering Star - but that shouldnt bring up my dps that much?

You are not using SS on cd and you are basically not utilising the CDR or ES/FB at all

You average 2 casts of FB and ES per minute and 2.4 SS per minute

You should be getting ~2.4 and ~4 respectively

Your opener on the kill looks fine, hard to tell if you're clipping correctly but it looks like it. The main problem is that you're not pressing your buttons on cd which is basically all evoker needs to do right now

Terros especially is a fight where you shouldnt have any unexpected movement, figure out what you want to do before you do it and make sure you dont delay your spells by more than a couple of seconds at most

your class talents are wrong. your not taking scarlet adapation which is a dps loss, also no need for the deep breath stun getting it onto something useful like reduced damage taken is better. but thats small thing. your also not using the renewing blaze 1 min talent. please use that RB 1min talent, its OP atm

what dubu said, shattering star on CD, make sure you have prepared for the window with either ES+ dis or 2x dis
