They're just not pushing buttons.
Living flame should only really be used to DPS. It's not a super reliable heal. But it's their most cast ability. They're in 2 piece. The most cast abilities should be echo and reversion typically. Over 18 wipes, they only cast VE 8 times. VE should be used every time you dream breath for the 40% increased healing.
Should start by just pressing buttons though. 17.3 casts per minute is very very VERY low
