@rotund solstice Looking at the Terros kill since it's a pretty simple single target fight, I don't see anything atrocious in there, just some little things. Like you failed to get a second extension on your 2nd/3rd dragonrage. It should always be possible to get 38 second Dragonrage even without bloodlust if you're playing clean.

You had a couple less casts of fire breath and eternity surge than you could have given the fight length and average CDR they get, so try to keep those on cooldown.

You had some bad shattering stars where you'd hit it and then just cast some living flames, but that's not a huge deal.

Biggest thing I think is just some minor uptime issues. Looking through the cast timelines there are a bunch of points where you go 2-3 seconds without doing anything, I assume this is happening during mechanics. Think about the encounters and really plan around your Hovers in particular. One of the strengths of this spec is that if you plan well and use Hover well you should be able to almost never stop casting, compared to other casters.

And those small windows of not pressing buttons while trying to move around mechanics adds up real fast
