  1. what should I do if after downloading and installing grasscutter via cultivation I have a gm handbook for version 4.0 in my folder, but I need a gm handbook for version 5.6?
  2. how do I know which game versions grasscutter supports?
  3. how do I open a terminal to enter commands for a local server?

  1. The handbook is generated by your server, when you run it. If you ran 4.0 first then you have a 4.0 handbook, that's all there is to it. Delete the GM Handbook folder then run the server again to generate a new one.

  2. Says in the console. Do note that different versions of Grasscutter are for different game versions. It's already labelled in Cultivation and in #resources before you download as well.
    If you are doing it entirely manually instead of following the setup guide then you should already understand specifically what you are getting and what version it is for.

  3. Follow the setup guide to set up Grasscutter and run it.
