About Installing official in another folder

I wanted to ask if I create another folder to download official genshin in would I need to delete the registry from the hoyoverse part of the registry to play official and then when wanting to play the grasscutter localhost delete the registry again?

Yes, the registry is a global thing, it is not related to where the game client is.

The game will always use the same registry entries.
