if you are using an old version from a reupload, is it one that matches your game version...?
Your screenshots before seemed to indicate you were using the game from hoyoplay, which would imply to me that it is a new version of the game not an old one

akebi was only free before 3.4
so if you want to use the free akebi from then, you have to use the matching game version for it

as a heads up for the future
as mentioned in many places here, shika (previously known as minty) has been recommended as the free alt for akebi for quite some time
do note that it very likely will not work with the rsa patch
