What to download for 4.7

So for the server side I have the 4.7 AIO as provided in Cultivation
As for the game side I downloaded the 4.7 from this GitHub Repo: https://github.com/rapdodge/GenshinRepository
Nothing else is done to the server or game files. However, when I start the game it normally logs me in and begins to download ~18G of resources. I'm runnning out of storage space on my device, so it would really help if someone could help me determine if the downloading of those 18G of resources are normal and they are necessary for normal operations.
Aside: Because I am running short on storage on my device, the unzipping stopped after finishing the GenshinImpact_Data folder (or honestly I don't know if the folder completed unzipping but there were no errors before downloading the 18Gigs of resources), and I had to copy the rest of the files from another copy in my external portable hard disk that I downloaded and unzipped earlier. Does this have anything to do with the 18Gigs?

The game does not come with voice audio.
You are downloading voice audio.

It is not required to play. You will simply have no voices (yes, the means no character noises at all) but otherwise play completely normally, since it is simply voice audio.

Got it. I am trying to copy my own local copy of the voice audio files to the folder right now.

Which file should I change and what should I add to thee file again, please?

I remember something need to be added to be some file after adding the audio files manually, otehrwise the audioo files will not be recognized.
