Important update for LunaGC 4.6 to make a bunch of changes.

Just copying my response from the thread:
The jar is already the latest one from the github linked in the title and body. Yuuki's changes are closed source, so unless they are PR'd to the LunaGC 4.6 repo, there is nothing I can do about providing those changes here.

As for the resources, they do appear to be a little outdated, but none of the changes are the ones you are looking for.

Yuuki has just gone about fixing protos (that's all that separates stuff working in 4.0 and broken in 4.6)
