I checked several times that game version and grasscutter version are same, but still can't connect to my private server(I get white screen)

If you patched correctly for the version you are on, this is an issue you should take up with the fork you are using - since it is not official GC

Which patch I had to get?

I just tried RSA patch from LunaGC's version, from github 1.3.0 and then tried latest RSA Patch from Cultivation, nothing worked.

(LunaGC's and from github made my game crash tho)

You need to use the specific patch for the version you are on. If you use other patches randomly then you can't be surprised when they don't work

I was desperated to use at least ANY patch

But with RSA patch from Cultivation: Thorny(your) Edition, it at least game started up without any crash

#

And it even almost connected to server, but then gave away white screen with message (Connection timed out, try again later)
