As I understand, the tutorial in #resources is for self-hosting the 4.5 server, yet I keep on being redirected to Yuuki. The arg line is correct, I have a clean installation of the game and I made sure to follow the tutorial carefully (more than once). Any idea as to why this occurs or is it not for self-hosting, thus intended?
When the game opens I get the Network busy 404 error

No this ss doesn't show anything of value, and you need to include your settings as well
if you screenshotted after this, such as when the actual connections are shown that would be valuable. Including your settings menu is a must though, just saying you have it set correctly is not enough to go on
Your Grasscutter cmd shows you querying region list at least, which means you are reaching localhost - not yuuki. Anyways, please provide more specific information like mentioned above

Since it looks like you're using the updated version, you can remove the -server line from launch args. It's being overwritten anyways

I didn't expect it to, you 404'ing is an issue deeper than the patch. The patch/proxy is working correctly
just as a matter of course to remove unnecessary fiddling

is the yuukips message that shows up at the beginning of the cmd supposed to be there?

Yes, that doesn't mean you are connecting to Yuuki
The modified patch which lets you select address is from yuukips discord

yeah it worked now
surprisingly it had to do with me being logged in as a Guest on YuukiPS servers despite that being a completely different game file

logins are cached in windows registry, so install location/game files won't matter
