And when you removed it?
opencommand shouldn't have any impact on your ability to login
make sure you had the correct version of the plugin
Then you'll need to make an issue on the github page for the plugin, so the creator can investigate if there's anything on the plugin side that could possibly cause it. Though I have some doubts that it is specifically the plugin, I won't say it's not possible
