Then did you read the setup guide in the pinned thread and on the front page of the github
Did you do what was said at the very start of this thread and google the error
Did you follow the solutions provided for said error

Why do you have it in a new folder? It sounds like you didn't use the installers for things like you should have been doing
If you had no know-how why would you be doing custom installations instead of defaults
