Actually I'm not so good at English, so I may not understand all written here.
I already checked 'Automatically Patch RSA' is checked.
I downloaded file and renamed it to '4.0.dll' and set it at 'Genshin impact.exe' is placed.
So, what should I do after that?

You need the 4.0 game
You will get 4214 no matter what as long as your game is 4.1, once you have downloaded 4.0 then you don't do anything special, just launch from Cultivation
You can choose either 4.0.0 or 4.0.1 from the link. Once you download it, extract it to a separate folder somewhere. Then set that GenshinImpact.exe in Cultivation settings and launch

That was only because Freminet was in the 2nd half of the version, but were still officially released in 4.0.
As long as the character exists/is released in that version, whether 1st half or 2nd half, then you can play them
So if official is on the first half of a version, you can play 2nd half characters even though they're not yet available on official because they're still in the game, just not available in wish. Characters from further versions ahead cannot be played
