Grasscutter plugin

Is there a documentation for developer wanting to create plugins (for grasscutter)? Or do I just have to look at already existing plugin and see how it works?

Not really no

The template is the only plugin-specific stuff there is, everything else in a plugin is either using Grasscutter methods or is fully self-written

The template has information inside it if you haven't looked in it yet
