GC 4.5 doesn't exist (and never will). 4.6 hasn't been released and it's unknown yet if it will. There is a fork that gives some limited functionality for 4.5 and you can find the links it in these threads (or under "forks" on the official GC Github page).

it's not hard to just install wireshark, scan the whole traffic while you play and then decrypt & parse the output file from wireshark

first two packets are encrypted (xored) using ec2b which can be attained through query_cur_region

then, the rest is encrypted using mt that has a crackable seed

using one of the packets you decrypted using ec2b
