i have tried reinstalling, restarting and everything hoyo told me to do: checking wifi, proxy, even tried watching some yt stuff and tried them, cmd as well. I am on win 10 education is edition

You'd need to reinstall windows to change editions like that afaik

Maybe you can switch to home, but pro and enterprise aren't able to just switch iirc

You don't need the official launcher to play anyways, if you have trouble with it just skip it and launch the game directly
