So When I try to spawn the cryo regisvine via the "26020101" ID and entering the level, it seems to show me instructions, but when I do not enter the level, it spawns it at level 1. How do I change that?

This means you are not using the command correctly
It defaults to level 1, all spawns do
Specify the level (it gave you the info on how to do that) in the command to spawn it at a specific level
If you don't understand how to read the usage, do not include any of the formatting marks in the command. You add lv in front of the level you want it to be at. Example, lv90
