I did some searching in this thread and found software called Hamachi. But looks like it needs to be installed on both devices (trying to play coop). But my one device is my android phone and one is windows. I am confused how to host a server on which i can play coop. I know easiest way would be to join yuuki but it will be upgraded to 3.6 soon and I want to stay at 3.5.

Same local network does not need hamachi

Follow the steps there using your local ipv4 instead of hamachi

ok so i am able to login in phone now but for that i have to enable encryption in grasscutter, after that i am unable to login in pc

i have one laptop only so i have to use to host as well as play on it
