is updating the resources all about changing the grasscutter.jar from dev to the fixed version? or did i have to do something else

If you're updating Grasscutter from the unofficial to the official, all you need to change is the jar since you already have everything else needed
If you want to use a more updated version of 3.5 resources, you can update them too, but the jar is the primary thing
