Is it proper or should it say 3.5?

otherwise when i start the game it says system error and "toggle encryption" is disabled

3.5 gc in #resources is for 3.5, the user who updated it didn't change the version number

as long as you're running 1.5.1 gc, you're good to go

and if toggle encryption in cultivation is already off and system error still shows, visit #1025543438604710018 for the fix
